Friday 30th. March - Sunday 1st. April.   "Wise Enough to Play the Fool". The Annual Gathering & AGM of the Society for Storytelling with Keynote Speech by Alan Garner.

This conference seeks to provide a space where members and non-members alike can get together and explore various aspects of our craft. It is also the ideal place to bring friends and introduce them to the wonderful world of storytelling. Storytelling Workshops, Outings, Fun &Frolics.

Catch the Light - Ewell Writers Support Group.

Dates can vary so before attending for the first time, please call Caroline on 07745 831 843.

Caroline Baldock facilitates the group to encourage the written word, to offer support in editing and constructive criticism.  They discuss characterisation, development of plots, and style. Writing helps you to get in touch with yourself, whether it is through memories, reflections, or the imagination. Everyone has a story in them, come and share yours with them.

Venue - a Pub in Ewell, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 2AA.

Alton Storytellers – StoryRound.

If you have a good story to tell, or if you just enjoy listening to
stories, why not come along?

Venue: The bar of the Weybridge Inn, 20 High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1BN.

Time: 7.30pm - 9.30pm.
